  1. In our area, the developer still handles the admin and management of the subdivision. Same collecting from members or resident monthly dues……HOA is present but in dispute with the developer due to some issues or concerns. As such, the subdivision is not yet handed over to HOA.

    HOA is now collecting separate fees mainly for flowers bought during sunday mass, gifts for guards for Christmas, etc. Note that salary of guards are covered by the developer via their collection, monthly dues.

    is this right, HOA asking separte dues?
