April 2025 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination Results – Click here to see the results
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,306 out of 1,741 candidates successfully passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination conducted by the Board of Real Estate Service in April 2025. The examination was held in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairman; Hon. Rafael M. Fajardo,Hon. Jose Arnold M. Tan and Hon. Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members.
