The RealtyPro Service

RealtyPro provides verified-listing discovery, inquiry and showing-request routing, and account tools for licensed brokers and their agents. RealtyPro does not guarantee that a listing remains available or that an inquiry will result in a viewing, offer, lease, or sale.

Accounts and Eligibility

Brokers must provide accurate registration, contact, and license information, verify their email address, and keep their credentials secure. Broker accounts remain subject to license review and manual subscription activation. Agents are created and managed by their supervising broker and may access only records assigned to them.

Subscriptions and Payments

New broker subscriptions include one free month, which begins after a Super Admin approves the broker license. No payment is required to start the free month. Continuing subscriptions use manual bank transfer, with no automatic charges or renewals. Plan changes require approval, and pending, past-due, canceled, or suspended accounts may have feature access restricted.

Listings and Uploaded Content

Brokers and agents are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawful use of listing details, prices, photos, license documents, and profile images they provide. They must not upload misleading, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content. RealtyPro may reject, archive, close, unpublish, or remove records that violate these terms or platform requirements.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RealtyPro a non-exclusive license to host, process, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service and your listings.

Inquiries and Acceptable Use

Visitors must submit truthful contact details and use inquiry and showing forms only for legitimate property interest. Spam, impersonation, automated abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, and interference with the service are not permitted. Inquiry information is routed to the broker and assigned agent under the RealtyPro Privacy Policy.

Account and Service Controls

RealtyPro may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, unpaid subscriptions, invalid license information, or violations of these terms. Brokers may request plan changes through Billing, while account suspension, reactivation, and deletion remain administrative actions.

Platform Role and Disclaimers

Listing information is supplied by brokers and agents. RealtyPro does not independently guarantee property condition, ownership, pricing, availability, licensing status, or the statements of another user. Users should conduct appropriate verification and obtain independent legal, financial, or property advice before entering a transaction.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RealtyPro is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by interrupted access, user-submitted content, or dealings between users. Rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and Governing Law

Users may stop using the service at any time. RealtyPro may suspend or terminate access when required for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or a material violation of these terms. Provisions concerning content rights, responsibility, and limitations remain effective after access ends where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before filing a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith by contacting RealtyPro.

Changes and Contact
