RealtyPro Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtyPro.com.ph ("Platform"), owned and operated by RLTY Property Corporation ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Platform

RealtyPro.com.ph is an online advertising and marketing platform for Philippine real estate listings. The Platform does not act as a broker, agent, developer, escrow, or party to any transaction unless expressly stated.

3. Eligibility

Registration is limited to:

• PRC-licensed Real Estate Brokers in good standing under Republic Act No. 9646.
• Accredited Real Estate Salespersons under the direct supervision of a licensed broker.

The Company reserves the absolute right to verify all credentials and reject any application.

4. Verification and Non-Refund Policy

Applicants must submit all information requested for verification. If an applicant fails verification, submits inaccurate information, or is found not qualified under RA 9646, all verification, processing, onboarding, and subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. Compliance

Users shall comply with RA 9646 (RESA), RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act), RA 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act), RA 8293 (Intellectual Property Code), the Civil Code, Cybercrime Prevention Act, and all applicable Philippine laws.

6. Listings

Users warrant that all listings are truthful, lawful, and authorized. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, databases, logos, trademarks, content, and proprietary systems belong exclusively to RLTY Property Corporation. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and shall not be liable for losses arising from listings, negotiations, fraud by third parties, technical interruptions, or failed transactions.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to defend and indemnify RLTY Property Corporation against all claims arising from their listings, conduct, or legal violations.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations, suspected fraud, legal risk, or protection of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue shall be the proper courts of Makati City or any venue selected by the Company where permitted by law.

12. Amendments

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
